This dive site is located south of Kondey island, in the middle of the east-west channel’s southern reef. The site is almost 2km long and hosts dozens of hard coral species covering it on more than 1km. The main attraction is the coral garden, but you can also spot small fish species who live there. The site offers its best sights on sunny days, and is accessible all year long.
Divers can enter the water on a full south axis of the northern tip of the island during incoming currents, or 1km to the west during outcoming currents.
The two main things to keep in mind during the dive are to stay close enough to the reef to ensure that you miss nothing beautiful to see, but also to be very cautious when swimming around these very fragile corals to help their preservation.
This site is very easy but divers should be experienced and have a very good control of their buoyancy in order not to damage this precious coral garden.
